Product Engineer

 As a Product Engineer, you will play a crucial role in supporting Engineering department and Project team throughout the entire engineering phase of the project. You will be responsible for the product engineering of the yacht equipment, mainly consisting of glassware and doors, ensuring that every superyacht we construct meets our exceptionally high standards of finish and attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with Lead Engineers and suppliers to select and implement high-quality yacht equipment
• Develop and implement technical specifications for purchasing
• Monitor project evaluations, process evaluations, and supplier evaluations to improve design, specifications, cost, and planning of new projects
• Proactively seek cost-saving opportunities while maintaining product quality
• Provide technical specifications for requests and orders
• Supervise multidisciplinary technical processes related to construction projects

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Marine Engineering
• At least 5 years of experience in the superyacht construction industry
• Strong knowledge of yacht equipment, norms, and standards
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Familiarity with project management tools and techniques
• Proven ability to deliver projects on time and within budget
