Marketing en Communicatie professional

The marketing and communication professional implements the current brand and marketing strategy together with the Marketing Strategist.

You are responsible for content creation and management of our website and LinkedIn, company page and our Instagram. You devise and organize events for our professionals and you are responsible for the collaboration with our social partners the 'Plastic Soup Foundation' and Sheltersuits. You ensure that our mission, vision and core values ​​are clearly propagated and that professionals and customers recognize us in this.

You contribute to actively recruiting new leads and managing our ambassador program.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare marketing/content calendar;
• Content creation and content management;
• Management of the website (CMS) and LinkedIn company page;
• Developing content/visuals for our Instagram page;
• Create and monitor email marketing campaigns;
• Developing marketing material, sustainable and appropriate promotional gifts;
• Implementing customer and employee satisfaction through the NPO method;
• Working together with our social partners the 'Plastic Soup Foundation' & Sheltersuits;
• Organizing events and trade fairs for professionals, colleagues and customers;
• Collaborating with freelancers, copywriters and photographer etc;
• Ensure optimal findability of website and vacancies (SEO).

A decisive and committed person with:

• Minimum vocational level, preferably in marketing & communication, + 3 years relevant work experience;
• Available 24 hours a week (freelancers who are available for a longer period of time are welcome to apply);
• Experience with content management, CMS systems and social media;
• Basic design skills (canva/figma/ppt/keynote)
• Knowledge of and experience with SEO is an advantage;
• Able to create reports based on data.
• Excellent command of the Dutch and English language in word and writing;
• Curious, creative and result-oriented;
• Able to switch quickly between various target groups and operational activities;
• Passion for the maritime industry, the luxury yacht building, shipbuilding and offshore industry.
