Our client, a globally recognized leader in shipbuilding, is looking for a Logistics Coordinator to join their team. In this role, you will be responsible for planning and monitoring national and international transport, ensuring the efficient and timely handling of all units. This is an excellent opportunity to work in a dynamic shipping department that plays a key role in logistics operations for high-end projects.

Aufgaben

  • Manage import and export transports for spare parts and aftermarket goods, ensuring all necessary documentation (customs forms, invoices, packing lists, payment documents) is in place.
  • Oversee transport logistics for all transport modalities, ensuring timely and efficient shipping.
  • Coordinate complex project cargo shipments, collaborating with internal teams and external logistics partners.
  • Provide expert advice on logistics-related aspects of tenders, L/Cs, and commercial agreements.
  • Develop solutions for complex logistics challenges, optimizing transport efficiency and compliance.

Anforderungen

  • MBO-level education in a relevant field.
  • Proven experience in logistics, with several years in a similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of international transport, including project shipments, customs procedures, and legal requirements.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects while maintaining clear oversight and organization.
  • Excellent communication skills in English and Dutch, both verbal and written.
  • Valid EU work Visa.

Konditionen

  • Salary range: €3,239 – €4,001 
  • Assistance with relocation, visa applications, housing advice, and general support.
  • The 30% tax ruling for highly skilled migrants (for the first five years in the Netherlands).
