As the Project Planner, your responsibilities include generating progress reports, crafting comprehensive plans covering multiple project phases, and overseeing logistical processes to meet project timelines:
- Develop a foundational project plan (BL) that aligns with master planning and the hourly budget, collaborating with project managers, team leaders, and subcontractors.
- Continuously monitor and assess operational plans to detect progress delays and identify bottlenecks.
- Create progress status summaries and prepare hourly forecast data.
- Compile project information for multi-project planning purposes within the portfolio.
- Evaluate and enhance the utilization of the workforce, space requirements, workflow, equipment design, and workspace layout to maximize efficiency.
- Initiate processes aimed at improving specific areas.
- Take charge of the logistics team to ensure alignment with project objectives.
- Participate in discussions and negotiations related to import and export requirements, incoterms, and other customs matters as required.
