Aufgaben
As the Functional Application Specialist 3DX – Fluids, your primary mission is to enhance engineering processes through functional optimization of PLM systems, with a focus on 3DX:
Translate engineering processes into functional specifications to optimize application support.
Analyze user requirements and propose tailored, innovative solutions for CAD and PLM users.
Develop, design, and implement efficient application processes aligned with business goals.
Maintain interfaces, manage user access rights, and ensure the integrity of engineering tool environments.
Set up and maintain catalogues, libraries, and technical specifications for piping, HVAC, and mechanical systems.
Organize application-related training programs and develop training materials, manuals, and user documentation.
Provide hands-on support and guidance to end-users of the 3DX platform and potentially also Cadmatic (Outfitting) on legacy tools.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders, suppliers, and knowledge partners to ensure best-in-class engineering application solutions.
Anforderungen
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or equivalent practical competence, ideally in Piping, HVAC, or Mechanical disciplines.
(Localized equivalent: HBO-Bachelor or higher)Proven expertise in Dassault 3Dexperience (3DX) platform.
Familiarity with Cadmatic (Outfitting) tools is a plus.
Solid knowledge of Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) concepts and engineering processes.
Experience with functional application management in a complex engineering or shipbuilding environment.
Strong communication skills and ability to liaise with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Fluent in English; knowledge of Dutch is an advantage.
Permanent EU citizenship (due to project security clearance requirements – dual nationals or work visa holders are not eligible).
Willingness to work on-site in, The Netherlands.
Able to pass a security background screening as part of the hiring process.
