We are looking for mid/senior Electrical Engineers with experience in the maritime industry to be involved in the concept, engineering and construction phases of the project. We have several exciting opportunities in Niedersachsen area and throughout north Germany as well as in The Netherlands.

Aufgaben
- Conception and design of electrical systems and components for ships, including power distribution, automation and communication systems;
- Planning and coordination of projects, including resource and time management, as well as ensuring compliance with technical specifications and quality standards;
- Carrying out electrical analyses and simulations to optimize the systems and ensure safety and efficiency;
- Creation and maintenance of technical documentation, reports and drawings as well as presentation of results to internal and external stakeholders;
- Work closely with other departments, suppliers and customers to develop innovative and customized technical solutions.
Anforderungen
- Completed studies in the field of Electrical Engineering or a comparable qualification and at least 3 years of professional experience in shipbuilding or a related industry;
- Sound knowledge in the design, development and integration of electrical systems (LV/MV), ideally in shipbuilding, as well as experience with common CAD and CAE tools;
- Excellent analytical skills; experience in Project Engineering is desirable;
- Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills, a high level of initiative and a structured and independent way of working;
- Excellent English communication skills; spoken German / Dutch is a big plus.
