Aufgaben
- Collaborating with engineers, IT specialists, and other stakeholders to gather and document requirements, specifications, and processes;
- Analyzing data and workflows to identify inefficiencies and propose solutions that boost productivity and cut costs;
- Acting as the primary liaison between the Engineering and IT teams to ensure alignment with project and business objectives;
- Assisting in the implementation of new systems, processes, and technologies;
- Developing and maintaining comprehensive documentation, including project plans, business cases, and process flows;
- Evaluating innovative tools and technologies to improve the efficiency of engineering operations;
- Supporting knowledge transfer, continuous improvement, and process evaluation within the team.
Anforderungen
- A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field and at least three years of professional experience, preferably in naval or complex engineering projects;
- Familiarity with engineering tools, project management processes, IT platforms, and software development. Hands-on experience with project management tools is a plus;
- A results-driven mindset, strong problem-solving skills, customer focus, teamwork, and critical thinking;
- Fluency in English is required; proficiency in Dutch is a plus;
- Clearances: Permanent EU citizenship and a passport are required, along with the ability to pass a pre-assignment security screening due to the military nature of the projects.
