Cost Controller

As Cost Controller, you will join the Project Planning & Cost Control Department, part of the Company's Finance division.  You will be responsible for providing your expertise on planning and scheduling, and on cost analysis reports on the Company's financial performance (project basis). 

In the role of Cost Controller, you:

• Support the project teams (on a daily basis)
• Prepare a forecast of expected costs and revenues (on a monthly basis)
• Handle main deviations from project budget (on a monthly basis)
• Prepare a monthly cash flow overview of actual and forecast costs and revenues
• Support the PM with Variation Order Requests, budget revisions, invoices to clients
• Handle invoicing to clients and overdue receivables
• Ensure booked commitments and invoices are accurate and complete
• Improve the overall administrative and cost control related process/procedures
• Prepare the project financial close-out and propose improvements to project administration
• Train junior staff.

As Cost Controller, you have:

• MSc or BSc in Business Administration, Accountancy, Civil Engineering, or similar technical background
• At least 2 years of cost control experience in a relevant industry (oil & gas, maritime)
• Knowledge of Oracle and Microsoft Office
• Excellent English knowledge
