In the role of a Quality Control Inspector with an integral maritime technology expert in the field of offshore and dredging, you will play a key role in ensuring quality control in close collaboration with the Quality Control Lead. 

Aufgaben

- Perform all inspections in accordance with purchase order requirements and supplier re-inspections (at home and abroad), according to inspection and test plans;
- Actively liaise with suppliers and communicate status within project teams;
- Inspection of producteing sciences and docmentation of fabricated parts and structures in accordance with purchase order;
- You ensure the quality and progress of the projects by checking incoming goods on site in the yard and the 

 

Anforderungen

- Affinity with heavy machinery and/or offshore industry;
- At least 3 years of experience in welding inspection, materials, fabrication, conservation, rotating equipment;
- Possesses min. level 2 for visual weld inspection and & min. level 1 for coating inspection;
- Good knowledge of manufacturing processes, fabrication, sequence of fabrication and coating techniques;
- Able to read, interpret and understand mechanical/hydraulic/electrical drawings and specifications;
- Knowledge of Word, Excel, ERP and PDM software;
- Experience in working with inspection bodies such as Lloyds, BV and DNV;
- Willing to travel to international suppliers worldwide;

- You have to be already eligible to work in the Netherlands, without requiring a work visa. We can't accommodate a work visa on this position.
